Everyone fears the terrifying possibility of terrorists getting hold of nuclear materials. Security measures have focused largely on preventing enriched uranium from falling into the wrong hands. But what about plutonium, which, if it is weapons grade, can be used "immediately to make 15 to 20 atom bombs the size of the one dropped on Nagasaki in World War II."
