The informal polls today almost all showed a clear win for John Kerry in the third debate last night--with William Saletan of Slate calling it a grand slam.

Although I did not see the television reports of the debate, the San Francisco Chronicle reported today that they were all replaying Bush's comment made at a press conference in March, 2002, that he did not know where Osama bin Laden was and that he was "truly not that concerned about him." So Bush only succeeded in embarrassing himself and opening himself up to ridicule by telling Kerry he did not say what everyone knows he said.

The analysis of the debate on CNN.com has a point-by-point analysis of both candidates' answers to the questions, including Bush's denial of his quote about Osama bin Laden.
