Doctors Without Borders has announced that it is pulling its organization out of Iraq. The recent kidnapping of Margaret Hassan, CARE International's director of operations for Iraq, and the publication of a video by her captors showing her begging Tony Blair to save her life by pulling British troops out of Iraq, was just the latest in a wave of kidnappings and beheadings that seem to be increasingly directed toward humanitarian aid workers.
