I FOUND THIS ITEM on Kevin Drum's blog, and am posting it here to do my part in giving it the widest possible dissemination. Michael Bates, a blogger in Tulsa, Oklahoma, received a letter from the Tulsa World, forbidding him to quote from the paper on his blog or link to their website -- and threatened him with legal action if he did not comply.
