CONNECTICUT PLANS TO FILE A LAWSUIT against the Bush administration over the No Child Left Behind Act. The cause of action is the government's refusal to adequately fund the mandates that NCLB creates. The law requires Connecticut, and other states, to pay tens of millions of dollars for standardized testing and funds only a fraction of the amount the states have to pay out.
Connecticut's attorney general is trying to get other states to join in the lawsuit.
Delicious.
