IT'S EASY TO SEE why Pres. Bush and Condoleezza Rice are so hot to have John Bolton in the ambassador to the United Nations spot. He is obviously someone who develops and promotes the intelligence required by the Bush administration's policies, rather than someone who develops and promotes the policies called for by the intelligence.
