JOHN BOLTON is a "kiss-up, kick-down kind of guy." He "needs anger management." He "abuses his authority with little people." He is a "serial abuser." Plus, he has been nominated to be U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, and he despises the United Nations.

If all of this is not enough to get the Senate Foreign Relations Committee to oppose Bolton's confirmation, then how badly does a Bush nominee have to behave in order to be considered not qualified to represent the United States in any capacity?
