PUBLIUS AND LEGAL FICTION are back!

Ok - it's become painfully obvious over the past 2 weeks that I can't quit doing this cold turkey. I feel very much like a jackass given my "last" post, but so be it I suppose. I'm not sure how to analogize it - it's either a drug addiction, or it's one of those relationships that you really want to end until you actually go and end it.
