SHAKESPEARE'S SISTER is organizing Big Brass Alliance, a network of bloggers to support the efforts of After Downing Street, an organization formed by a coalition of citizen groups in response to the Downing Street Memo. The mission of After Downing Street is to persuade Congress to launch a formal inquiry into the possibility that Pres. Bush committed impeachable offenses by engaging in a conspiracy to invade Iraq (which was kept secret from Congress and the American people -- which is why it's a conspiracy) and by presenting information and intelligence he knew to be false to justify a preemptive invasion of Iraq.
