THIS IS AMAZING. Tom DeLay's defense attorneys asked a judge to throw out last week's indictment for conspiring to violate campaign finance laws, citing technical problems. So the judge seated a new grand jury -- and today that panel indicted DeLay again, on two new charges: conspiring to launder money, and money laundering. The penalty for the money laundering charge can go up to life in prison.
