Suicides at Gitmo Were "Planned," Not "Spontaneous"

This is beyond belief:

"This was clearly a planned event, not a spontaneous event," said Rear Adm. Harry Harris, commander of Joint Task Force-Guantanamo.

What does he mean, "this was a planned event"? ALL suicides are planned events!

He added that there is a "mythical belief" that the Guantanamo detention center would be shut down if three detainees die.

I am speechless. I truly don't know how one responds to a statement like this.

Perhaps the good admiral should prepare a Plan B explanation for when the next Gitmo detainee commits suicide.
