Lebanon Plans War Crimes Charges Against Israel

Lebanon is filing a lawsuit against Israel for war crimes and crimes against humanity in the case of Qana. The suit is being filed in the International Criminal Court at The Hague. So far, 27 bodies have been pulled out of the rubble; 19 of those bodies belonged to children. Among other things, the Raw Story article notes that the ceasefire announced by Israel immediately after the bombing at Qana -- much, much ballyhooed by the right as a sign of Israel's "humanity" -- never happened.
