AP Projects Jim Webb the Winner in Virginia Senate Race

I heard this on MSNBC a couple of hours ago but couldn't write about it because Blogger was down. Now the WaPo and LA Times have also picked up the story: Webb defeated Allen, and Democrats are the majority in the Senate and the House.

This is sooooo sweet. And I'm savoring it, because victories like this don't happen very often.
