Family Planning Should Be Run By Someone Who Believes in Family Planning

"Dr." Eric Keroack resigned from his Bush-appointed position as head of Health and Human Services' Title X family planning program, apparently because he is under investigation by the Massachusetts Office of Medicaid in connection with his supposed "private practice."

He should never have been named to the post in the first place. It doesn't make much sense for the head of the federal family planning program to be someone who doesn't believe in planning families.
