The Senate

The only place I've found this, so far, is on CNN. Apparently, instead of a Senate recess over the Thanksgiving holiday, Senator Reid is keeping the Senate in session. Today it was Senator Webb's turn to come in, gavel the Senate open and about 30 seconds later gavel it closed.

The whole idea is to keep the Chimp from making "recess" appointments.
