World's Best Cities for Bicycle Riding

Wired links to a site that has compiled a list of the 11 Most Bicycle-Friendly Cities in the World. Only four of them are in the United States -- but one of those four is second on the list: Portland, Oregon. The other three American cities are Boulder, Colorado; Davis, California; and San Francisco: numbers 4, 5, and 8 on the list, respectively.
