THIS IS THE BEST NEWS. The remaining three humanitarian aid workers being held captive in Iraq were freed today after a military team that included Americans and Brits stormed the Baghdad house where they were being held. All three aid activists were members of Christian Peacemaker Teams -- the group to which Tom Fox, who was found dead earlier this month, belonged.
For once, the military was used to rescue people and save their lives, rather than to kill them.
