I want to begin by thanking Kathy for inviting me to post some of my thoughts on Liberty Street. I have been a reader of and commenter at Liberty Street for almost three years. I sincerely hope that I can live up to the high standards that Kathy has set and promise that I will work as hard as necessary to uphold those standards.
